Side Notes:

The puppets arent so bad, providing their hanging. Most of the time then they just grab you(mash x to escape) and use the window while their stunned to take em out.

If their on the floor though, thats a different matter, I'd personally use the cover of darkness to just run. The Moon and Sun room is a good example of this. Since theirs 3 of them, Ive died many times here trying to take em out, so just run.

Again leaving and comming back to the first puppet corridor spawns more. So get what you need before comming back, or you'll have to deal with them while you grab the items.
